Kari and Oliver’s wedding at The View at The Battery on June 27, 2021, was the perfect summer celebration. It was full of energy, love, and breathtaking views of New York Harbor.
Surrounded by lush gardens, waterfront scenery, and the buzz of the city just beyond, they celebrated their love story in a way that felt effortless and unforgettable.

A Wedding Day Full of Life and Joy
Kari and Oliver chose The View at The Battery for its stunning location right on the waterfront in Battery Park. With sailboats drifting by and the Statue of Liberty in the distance, the setting created an incredible backdrop for their celebration.
Their ceremony was heartfelt and emotional, with close family and friends gathered under the open sky. The soft breeze, the sound of the harbor, and the sweeping views made every moment feel larger than life.
After the ceremony, we wandered through the gardens and along the waterfront for portraits. Kari and Oliver’s laughter and genuine connection made every frame feel natural, vibrant, and full of joy.
Reception with a View
The reception at The View was lively and full of energy. Huge windows showcased the harbor views as the sun set over the water.
From their romantic first dance to the packed dance floor later in the night, the celebration never lost its spark.
It was one of those weddings where you could feel the love not just between the couple, but all around them. It was a true celebration of two families becoming one.
