A Classic New York City Wedding: Molly & Ryan’s Day Across Midtown

Molly and Ryan celebrated their quintessential New York City wedding by experiencing some of the city’s most iconic spots on their special day. From getting ready in style at The Kimberly Hotel to saying “I do” at the historic Church of St. Agnes. They enjoyed a classic New York dinner at Smith & Wollensky and continued the celebration at Rosie Dunn’s. As a wedding photographer who loves capturing the diverse charm of NYC weddings, I was thrilled to document their unique day.

Getting Ready with City Views at The Kimberly Hotel

Molly and her bridal party started their day in the elegant surroundings of The Kimberly Hotel, located at 145 E 50th St. With its sophisticated ambiance and potentially stunning city views, it provided a wonderful setting for the morning’s preparations. The excitement was palpable. Molly prepared for her walk down the aisle, surrounded by her closest friends and family.

A Timeless Ceremony at the Church of St. Agnes

The ceremony took place at the beautiful Church of St. Agnes, a historic parish church located at 143 East 43rd Street. This Roman Catholic church, with its Gothic Revival architecture, offered a traditional and reverent setting for Molly and Ryan to exchange their vows. The grandeur of the church provided a classic and meaningful backdrop. It was perfect for this important step in their lives together.

An Iconic New York Dinner at Smith & Wollensky

Following the ceremony, Molly and Ryan treated their guests to a classic New York dining experience at Smith & Wollensky, situated at 797 3rd Ave. This iconic steakhouse is known for its dry-aged beef and traditional atmosphere. It provided a memorable setting for their wedding dinner.

Continuing the Celebration at Rosie Dunn’s

The festivities didn’t end after dinner! Molly and Ryan continued their wedding celebration at Rosie Dunn’s, located at 729 3rd Ave. This sounds like a fantastic spot to keep the energy high. They celebrated with more casual fun into the evening. It was likely a lively atmosphere where they could relax and enjoy the company of their guests. It was the perfect end to their wedding day.
