On May 14, 2023, just as the city was waking up, I met Jenna and Jacob for their engagement session in Central Park. The early morning light cast a soft glow over the park, creating the perfect romantic atmosphere for their photos. With fewer crowds and a serene ambiance, sunrise sessions in Central Park always feel like stepping into a private oasis in the heart of Manhattan.
Iconic Locations & Timeless Moments
We started our session at Bow Bridge, one of Central Park’s most picturesque spots. The morning mist hovered over the water, adding an ethereal feel to their portraits. Jenna’s flowing white dress and Jacob’s classic navy suit complemented the dreamy setting beautifully.
Next, we made our way to The Mall, where the towering American elm trees created a stunning natural canopy. This long, straight path is perfect for capturing intimate moments, and Jenna and Jacob’s chemistry made it effortless to document their love story.
Our final stop was Bethesda Terrace & Fountain, a timeless Central Park landmark. The intricate architecture, paired with the warm morning light, provided a breathtaking backdrop for their photos. Jenna and Jacob shared a quiet moment by the fountain, soaking in the beauty of the day ahead.
